On November, 22, 2018, Sciences Po Toulouse and the International Forum of Sciences Po Toulouse hosted a conference on the perspectives for Venezuela in the current context. Frank Van de Craen, member of IRELAC and Honorary consul of Venezuela for the Kingdom of Belgium was the guest speaker. The conference was part of a bigger picture, a 2-day conference and challenge on International Security.
Frank Van de Craen had the opportunity to talk about a country he has deep knowledge on, thanks to his position as consul. An open-discussion followed on the conference.
