The second set of meetings was organised by the USP, dedicated to Latin American issues and was held in Sao Paulo with a Jean Monnet International Seminar on the 30 October, a special meeting for presenting to each other the different Jean Monnet Networks operating in Brazil, and on 31 October, the second internal meeting of the members of this Monnet Network on Crisis.
